I recommend this place to anyone needing pro audio repair. Lee was extremely courteous and I was extremely pleased with him saving me a trip back to pick it up later.I wished more places went above and beyond with their customer service like Mr Lee and Pro Audio Video Plus. He checked the item, went in the back, came back with a part and repaired it right there on the spot! I paid attention to the time I was in there and was amazed at how fast the repair was made. While speaking with the staff about how the item could be picked up by someone else if I couldnt make the trip, Steve Lee, the owner, said he might have a part to fix it on the spot if I had a few minutes so I wouldnt have to make the trip back to pick up my repair.

I called and spoke with someone in the store and was told that it would take around a week to have repaired. I had an issue with a product that was to be repaired under warranty. Pro Audio Video Plus just earned all my repair work today. I own a studio and have several items in need of repair, but not by them. Need less to say I will never do business with them again. But I do know when I am being lied to and cheated. They were rude on the phone, interrupting me and saying I dont understand. He at one time said I was wasting his time (although they had both of my amps for over five weeks repaid and ready to ship.under warranty). It cost me $20 to ship to him and that is all I will pay. I told him to ship it back and forget it.

Well two times 90 is $180.be he wants $206. I said no way you just said $90 and he says that was for one amp. I waited and called again and now the total cost was $206.00. I ask what was the total cost and he said $90.

Again I called to verify and was told it mas NOT under warranty, even though I had been assured it was. I called the next day to verify the shipment and was told it would be shipped that day.again under warranty. Then said it was on his bench and he would try to ship it the next morning. When I did get in touch Chris said the amp was ready the the day after they received it! And it is ready UNDER WARRENTY! I ask why had they not called me or shipped the amps to me. Called them only to get a receptionist to say a tech would call me.NEVER got a call back. Called to see if they arrived and was told they would be ready in a day or two.
